the value of a daily practice

some days I have no idea what to create

that's when a daily practice comes in handy
sometimes it's an art journal page
but lately it's a daily photo prompt

I like using Capture Your 365 for that
... today's prompt was "blurred backgrounds"

and when I sat at my desk with a blank slate, that was enough to get me started today

I brought some things into focus

and let other things blur into the background

a metaphor for my day

That will be a good metaphor for my day tomorrow -- thank you!

Pretty! I should have let the rude driver and selfish woman in the store fade into the background, but I just couldn't -- I was pushed over the edge and blew a gasket or two. I hate days like that. :/ Best wishes, Tammy

It's that concept of blurred vision that I like. sometimes seeing the softer thing, brings clarity to others. xox

A splendid metaphor for most days I'd say.
